From the moment I walked in, Simon (Sales Manager), along with Natasha and Jill, delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I brought in a wheel that had a long, ugly curb rash along the edge. To be honest, I was pretty worried—mainly because I had a very bad experience at another tire shop before. I came in expecting the worst.
But they completely changed that.
They were incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step of the repair process in detail. Not only that, they even brought out a technician to speak with me directly and walked me through the shop so I could see how everything works behind the scenes. That level of transparency is rare, and it immediately built trust.
They were also very upfront and honest. Since my wheel is custom and has a polished finish, they clearly explained that achieving a 100% perfect repair would be extremely difficult. I appreciated that honesty. I told them I’d be happy with even 80%.
Another thing I really appreciated was their pricing — it was very clear, fair, and transparent from the beginning. No surprises, no hidden costs.
During the repair process, I followed up a few times, and every time they responded with patience and professionalism.
No attitude, no brushing me off—just solid, respectful communication.
And then the result came back… earlier than promised. Honestly, I was blown away. The wheel looks incredible—easily around 95% restored, if not better. Way beyond what I expected.
